Responsibilities & Context:
Provide courteous and efficient customer service regarding all real estate products and services
Make outbound calls to prospective property buyers and respond to inbound enquiries.
Maintain strong client relationships through timely follow-up and personalized communication
Assist clients in scheduling property showings and meetings with sales representatives
Collaborate with clients to accelerate property sales and match them with suitable listings
Support the full sales cycle, ensuring successful closure and delivery of property transactions
Achieve monthly sales targets and meet assigned KPIs consistently
Work under pressure with flexible hours in a collaborative team environment
