Responsibilities & Context:
  • Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Pipeline Ownership: Define, monitor, and scale monthly and quarterly sales strategies to hit corporate revenue targets.

    • Team Leadership & Optimization: Direct, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the Assistant Sales Manager and Sales Executives.

    • Data-Driven Review: Analyze lead conversion metrics, track data pipelines, and collaborate with the Marketing Wing to optimize customer acquisition costs.

    • HNI Closing: Personally step in to negotiate, draft terms, and close high-ticket transactions with corporate partners, VIPs, and institutional clients.

      Target KPI Matrix

    • Achieve a minimum of 95% of the company’s aggregate monthly revenue targets.

    • Maintain an active team-wide conversion rate benchmark from incoming leads to closed transactions.
