Now we are searching the applicants with prior experience in the position of Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager – Customer Service in a top 10 REAL ESTATE company will be invited to attend the interview.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Customer Service Department.
From the date of land acquisition until the official project handover, effective communication must be maintained with both the landowner and the valued customer.
Ensure prompt handling of customer queries, complaints, and after-sales services.
Have to be completed the credit recovery activities with full responsibility, integrity, and proper accountability within the stipulated time.
Maintain strong relationships with Clients and the Land owners.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Engineering departments for smooth service operations.
Monitor flat handover, documentation, and service follow-ups.
Develop and implement customer service policies and SOPs.
Prepare monthly performance and service reports for management.
Improve customer satisfaction standards and service quality.
Commissions will be awarded in accordance with individual performance
