Now we are searching the applicants with prior experience in the position of Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager – Customer Service in a top 10 REAL ESTATE company will be invited to attend the interview.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Customer Service Department.

  • From the date of land acquisition until the official project handover, effective communication must be maintained with both the landowner and the valued customer.

  • Ensure prompt handling of customer queries, complaints, and after-sales services.

  • Have to be completed the credit recovery activities with full responsibility, integrity, and proper accountability within the stipulated time.

  • Maintain strong relationships with Clients and the Land owners.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Engineering departments for smooth service operations.

  • Monitor flat handover, documentation, and service follow-ups.

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and SOPs.

  • Prepare monthly performance and service reports for management.

  • Improve customer satisfaction standards and service quality.

  • Commissions will be awarded in accordance with individual performance
