Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and fluent English speaker to join our team as a Telemarketing Executive (MCA). The ideal candidate must have prior experience in telemarketing for Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) and be confident in engaging business owners over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reach out to business owners via phone calls to offer MCA funding solutions.

2. Qualify leads and gather accurate information from potential clients.

3. Request and collect necessary documents for funding applications.

4. Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style at all times.

5. Meet daily/weekly targets and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

2. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of MCA telemarketing/call center experience.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

4. Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.

5. Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
