• Assist clients with the complete visa application process for work permits and travel visas

• Provide consultation and guidance over phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients based on trust and transparency

• Ensure all required documentation is accurately prepared and submitted on time

• Stay updated with immigration laws, visa policies, and changes in embassy procedures

• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities for smooth processing

• Offer visa counseling and pre-departure guidance tailored to each client’s destination and needs

• Track visa application statuses and provide regular updates to clients

• Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of all client data

• Handle complex or rejected visa cases by offering personalized solutions and alternative options
