Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship

Officer (CRO) to join the Tonyin Bangladesh team. The ideal candidate

will be the primary point of contact for our customers and play a key

role in driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and

efficiently regarding Tonyin products and services.

- Provide accurate product information including Ceramic Coatings,

PPF, Car Wash, Polish, Wax, Oil Additives, and detailing accessories.

- Actively upsell and cross-sell Tonyin products to maximize

revenue per customer interaction.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving queries, complaints,

and after-sales issues in a timely manner.

- Manage and respond to customer inquiries across social media

platforms (Facebook, Instagram) including comments, messages,

and product-related questions.

- Maintain a customer database and follow up on leads to convert

inquiries into sales.

- Coordinate with the sales and service team to ensure smooth

customer experience from inquiry to delivery.

- Meet monthly call targets, revenue goals, and customer

satisfaction KPIs.

- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions,

complaints, and sales conversions.
