We facilitate medical travel, treatment coordination, and global healthcare guidance for patients seeking advanced medical solutions abroad. We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Care Support professional with expertise in medical tourism and international medical assistance to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end customer support for patients seeking medical treatment in international hospitals.

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, messages, and email inquiries professionally and promptly.

  • Guide patients regarding treatment options, hospital selection, doctor appointments, travel arrangements, and treatment cost estimations.

  • Coordinate with international hospital partners, medical representatives, and service providers.

  • Maintain accurate records of patient cases, communications, and service updates in CRM systems.

  • Assist in preparing medical files, reports, and required documentation for international medical processing.

  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by offering empathetic, accurate, and timely communication.

  • Follow up with patients throughout their medical journey and ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Support administrative tasks and the wider service team as required.
