Responsibilities & Context:

Deyal is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can independently drive operational excellence, and is passionate about delivering high-quality service.

 Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving day-to-day operations across multiple functional areas, including:

  • Manage daily activities of field team members.
  • Ensure painting sites are executed on time with committed quality standards.
  • Monitor painters’ availability, deployment, and engagement.
  • Supervise tele-sales operations to ensure timely customer follow-up and conversions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with operational needs to ensure high-quality leads.
  • Plan and oversee inventory requirements.
  • Manage procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, supply chain, and other teams for smooth operational flow.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
