Responsibilities & Context: Maryam’s is a fast-growing online fashion retailer specializing in 100% original Pakistani dresses. We serve customers across Bangladesh with premium outfits, professional customer support, and a dedicated in-house stitching department. We are expanding our team to ensure faster service and a better customer experience.
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Handle online customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Process orders and assist with parcel dispatch
- Coordinate and manage stitching/production orders (training will be provided)
- Maintain smooth communication with customers across social platforms
