Responsibilities & Context:
Contacting new and existing customers via sip/CRM and prepare, update and forward the report to supervisor.
Providing product and service information to engage potential customers.
Closing sales and maintaining sales-related records.
Answering customer queries and resolving any issues they may have.
Preparing daily work reports and sharing them with the supervisor.
