Position Overview
As a Customer Care & Digital Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our Sales, Branding, and CX teams. You’ll help communicate with customers, manage inboxes, assist with promotions, and support our social media strategies.
This role is perfect for students, freshers, or individuals who want to build a real portfolio.
Responsibilities
Customer Care (CX) Responsibilities
- Respond to customer messages on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp & Website
- Handle order inquiries, product questions & follow-up messages
- Maintain professional, polite, and branded communication tone
- Assist with abandoned checkout messages & promotional updates
- Work with the operations team to ensure smooth order handling
Digital Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist in creating captions, posts & promotional content
- Help with campaign planning & execution
- Basic ad copy writing & audience understanding
- Support the team with content ideas & competitor analysis
- Help publish or manage website product updates when needed
