Adex Group is seeking dynamic, dedicated, and experienced professionals to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) team as Manager / Deputy Manager , specializing in the procurement of electrical components used in the production of Transformers, Switchgears, Busbar Trunking Systems, and other power equipment.

We place particular importance on applicants who have a proven track record in the electrical manufacturing sector, with measurable achievements in strategic sourcing, cost optimization, vendor development, and ensuring uninterrupted material availability for production operations.

• Have hands-on experience in procuring transformer, switchgear, and busbar-related components.

• Possess a strong supplier network (local & international) within the electrical industry.

• Can demonstrate achievements in cost savings, lead-time reduction, or vendor performance improvement.

• Are capable of handling high-volume procurement, LC/TT purchases, and coordinating material logistics efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and segregate PRS (Purchase Requisition Slips) to determine sourcing priorities and material categories.

2. Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end supply chain strategies to ensure timely availability of materials for Transformers, Switchgears, and Busbar Trunking Systems.

3. Define tasks, assign resources, and guide the procurement team to achieve departmental targets.

4. Source, evaluate, and select appropriate local & international suppliers with strong technical and commercial competitiveness.

5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions, ensuring the best purchase decisions as per approved Process Mapping.

6. Manage procurement activities including vendor sourcing, negotiation, contract finalization, and performance evaluation.

7. Issue Purchase Orders (PO), circulate them among relevant departments, and ensure proper documentation such as PO, GRN, invoices, LC, and shipment papers.

8. Prepare purchase plans based on production forecasts, consumption trends, and demand analysis.

9. Coordinate local & international logistics, customs clearance, LC/TT shipments, and ensure timely delivery.

10. Track inbound shipments, resolve delays, and ensure quality materials reach production on schedule.

11. Collect supplier bills, verify supporting documents, and close POs through accurate payment settlement with Finance.

12. Evaluate supplier performance using KPIs, ensuring compliance with company quality and delivery standards.

13. Collaborate with Production, Finance, Warehouse, Planning, QA/QC, and other cross-functional teams for smooth operational flow.

14. Identify cost-saving opportunities, alternative materials, competitive suppliers, and implement continuous process improvements.

15. Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements including VAT, TAX, customs rules, import policies, and internal procurement guidelines.
