• Only Male

• 2–4 years of experience in Battery manufacturing Plant.

• Proficiency in computer applications is required

Job Context:

The role is responsible for ensuring efficient and timely delivery operations by managing the dispatch of finished battery products, maintaining accurate delivery documentation and records, coordinating with Production, Store, Sales, Logistics, and transport providers, enforcing safe handling and regulatory compliance standards, and supporting inventory reconciliation and customer service activities to achieve on-time and accurate product delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the timely delivery of finished battery products to distributors, dealers, and customers.

• Prepare and verify delivery schedules, delivery challans, invoices, gate passes, and other relevant documents.

• Coordinate with the Production, Store, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations.

• Ensure proper loading, unloading, and handling of battery products while maintaining safety standards.

• Monitor vehicle availability and coordinate with transport providers for efficient delivery operations.

• Track delivery status and ensure products reach customers within the committed timeline.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods, returned products, and pending deliveries.

• Verify delivery quantities against approved sales orders and dispatch instructions.

• Handle customer or dealer delivery-related queries and coordinate for prompt resolution.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and environmental safety requirements related to battery handling.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly delivery reports and submit them to management.

• Assist in inventory reconciliation by coordinating with the Store and Accounts departments regarding dispatched goods.
