Experience:
10–15 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Logistics, or Operations.
Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role managing inventory and supply chain functions.
Experience in Lubricants, Automotive, Petroleum or Trading organizations will be highly preferred.
Proven experience in ERP-driven inventory management and demand planning.
Inventory Planning & Control
Lead end-to-end inventory planning and control for all lubricant SKUs.
Develop demand-driven replenishment strategies based on sales forecasts and market trends.
Monitor inventory aging, stock turnover, slow-moving inventory, and dead stock.
Ensure optimum inventory levels while minimizing stock-outs and excess stock.
Supply Chain & Logistics Management
Plan and oversee nationwide supply chain operations to ensure timely product availability.
Optimize warehousing and distribution processes for cost and service efficiency.
Drive logistics cost reduction initiatives without compromising service levels.
Ensure warehouse stock accuracy and inventory integrity across locations.
Import & Replenishment Planning
Coordinate with ADNOC and relevant stakeholders on shipment scheduling, lead-time management, and replenishment planning.
Align import planning with sales forecasts, business plans, and market demand.
Systems, Governance & Analytics
Establish robust inventory governance frameworks, SOPs, and KPI monitoring systems.
Drive ERP-based inventory visibility and reporting.
Develop management dashboards and analytics for informed decision-making.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and inventory management policies.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Commercial, Admin, and Warehouse teams.
Support management in strategic planning through data-driven supply chain insights.
Build a culture of accountability, process discipline, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
