  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Science (B.Sc.), Arts (BA), or any other relevant discipline from a recognized university.

  • Candidates with educational backgrounds in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, Operations Management, or related fields will be given preference.

  • Basic training/certification in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, Warehouse Management, Procurement, or related areas will be considered an added advantage



Responsibilities & Context:

Job responsibility

·Maintain accurate inventory records, stock movements, and store documentation to ensure effective inventory control.

·Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials/goods against approved purchase orders, delivery challans, and supporting documents.

·Record inventory transactions accurately in the inventory management system and maintain proper stock registers.

·Issue materials against approved requisitions and coordinate with departments to ensure timely delivery to project sites or end users.

·Monitor stock levels regularly and initiate replenishment requests when items reach reorder levels.

·Conduct periodic physical stock counts, stock reconciliation, and investigate inventory discrepancies.

·Inspect materials and report shortages, damages, excesses, or quality-related issues.

·Maintain an updated and accurate register of all fixed assets and support periodic asset verification.

·Ensure proper storage, labeling, categorization, and segregation of materials for effective inventory control.

·Maintain the cleanliness, safety, security, and organization of the store and store equipment.

·Prepare and submit monthly inventory reports, stock statements, and other store-related reports.

·Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

·Perform any other store, inventory, or asset management-related duties assigned by management.
