Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management

• PGD in Supply Chain Management

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Electric Wire/Cable

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Male

• Management of raw materials (RM), semi-finished goods (SFG), packaging materials (PM), and spare parts (SP).

• Stock management, MRP, production planning, and inventory control

• Import RM planning, including order placement, pipeline management, and communication within SCM chain.

• Ensure proper RM stock management, with a particular focus on critical items such as cathode stock.

• Conduct regular checks on RM, SFG, PM, and SP stock levels to ensure accuracy and availability.

• Coordinate stock checks during RM, SFG, PM, and SP new orders to maintain balanced inventory levels.

• Monitor and manage overstock and non-moving RM, SP, and spare parts to optimize inventory levels.

• Develop and implement FG production and distribution plans, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure alignment with demand forecasts.

• Control FG inventory levels, ensuring timely production and delivery to meet sales demand.

• To implement the plan properly, regularly need to  coordinate with corresponding departments and sections.

• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain, focusing on inventory management and procurement processes.

• Regularly review store stock reports to ensure whatever proper stock levels are maintained.

• Analyze order efficiency, including the transition from order to MPR (Material Purchase Requisition) to PO (Purchase Order) to GRN (Goods Receipt Note).

• Analyze demand fulfillment: Prepare and review order completion reports to ensure timely fulfillment.
