Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and supervise daily distribution activities efficiently.
Plan delivery routes and manage vehicles to ensure on-time delivery to distributors.
Develop strategies to reduce delivery costs while maintaining or improving delivery speed.
Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or stock-outs.
Monitor product delivery, stock movement and transportation schedules.
coordinate with warehouse and sales teams for smooth distribution operations.
Ensure timely delivery of products to all assigned locations.
Prepare distribution reports and maintain proper documentation.
Monitor distributor performance and maintain strong business relationships.
Handle logistics related issues and provide quick solutions.
Ensure proper inventory management and delivery compliance.
Support management in achieving distribution and sales targets.
