Responsibilities & Context:
Managing procurement of interior and civil materials
Sourcing and onboarding vendors for construction and interior works
Conducting regular market visits to assess pricing and quality
Preparing purchase requests and comparative statements
Issuing purchase orders (PO) and ensuring timely delivery
Maintaining procurement records (digital & physical)
Managing supplier payments including advances and final settlements
Ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements
Handling credit-based purchases and vendor negotiations
Sourcing new materials of interior trend time to time
