We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled EEE graduate who will support and oversee our Transformer Testing Facilities and ensure proper quality control procedures for transformer and switchgear production. The candidate should have hands-on experience in testing, inspection, and quality assurance activities related to electrical equipment manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine testing and inspection of transformers and related electrical equipment.

• Operate and monitor transformer testing facilities and testing instruments.

• Perform quality control activities as per company standards and technical specifications.

• Prepare testing reports, maintain QC records, and submit findings to the QC Manager.

• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.

• Analyze test results and coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational guidelines inside the testing area.

• Assist in troubleshooting electrical and testing-related problems during production.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and testing efficiency.

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Quality Control, Testing, or Electrical Manufacturing Industry.

• Experience in transformer or switchgear testing will be considered an advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Basic knowledge of transformer testing procedures and electrical measuring instruments.

• Good analytical and reporting skills.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
