Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms), L/C, TT, FDD processes.

Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Responsibilities & Context:
The position is responsible for sourcing, procuring, and ensuring timely delivery of trims and accessories from both local and international vendors, while maintaining cost-effectiveness, quality, and compliance with buyer requirements. The role also involves vendor negotiation, order processing, monitoring supply chain operations, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Source fabric, accessories, and trims from both local and overseas vendors.
Collect price quotations, negotiate with vendors on price, lead time, and Incoterms.
Prepare and issue work orders as per material requirements.
Collect Proforma Invoice (PI) and coordinate with the Commercial Department for opening L/C, TT, or FDD.
Monitor and follow up on delivery status to ensure timely supply.
Invite vendors for discussions on product quality, price, and after-sales service; evaluate suppliers and prepare recommendations for management approval.
Control and monitor procurement-related expenditures to ensure cost efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to secure reliable sources.
Act as the key responsible person for handling woven buyers’ requirements regarding trims and accessories
