Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and timely in line with company policies.
Maintain continuous delivery follow-up to ensure timely receipt of goods.
Conduct effective vendor negotiation and re-negotiation to secure the best pricing, quality, and service.
Monitor product supply, availability, and fill rate, and take necessary action to avoid stock gaps.
Track and follow up on product regulatory matters, ensuring full compliance with relevant guidelines.
Oversee product return processes, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution.
Arrange and monitor product promotions, including coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
Handle product-related problem-solving and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
Conduct weekly inventory follow-up and monitoring to support optimal stock management.
Participate in product meetings twice a month, preparing insights and data as required.
