Responsibilities & Context:
Meghna Group of Industries is one of the leading business conglomerate in Bangladesh. Unique Cement Industries Ltd, a sister concern of MGI, is looking for hardworking, honest, self-driven, proactive and career-ambitious incumbents for the position of Officer of Transport Department.
Job Responsibilities:
Check, verify and input fuel requisition in the system for a prompt delivery.
Input various kinds of bills such as line cost, pilot cost, toll, and trip bons in the system and deliver to the concerned persons for payment.
Issue SR after receiving demand from concerned department and check stock with the inventory team.
Supervise loading programs to ensure an error-free delivery.
Assist in delivering all requisite products to the teams of loading survey and empty bulk carrier ships for an uninterrupted operation.
Monitor regular operation and maintenance tasks on workshop dockyard and inform the line-manager for solutions if any problems raised.
Maintain a register for keeping attendance and leaves of concerned staffs and submit to respective admin for payroll preparation.
