Experience:
Sound knowledge of crewing operations, SEA preparation, crew documentation, and maritime compliance procedures.
Familiarity with Flag State documentation, PEME, visa processing, and seafarer deployment formalities.
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Good analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP/crew management systems.
Ability to manage multiple vessel requirements simultaneously.
Responsible for assigned vessels and oversee end-to-end crewing activities to ensure timely mobilization and operational continuity.
Manage crew sourcing, screening, recruitment, and deployment in line with vessel requirements, company standards, and statutory regulations.
Prepare and maintain crew plans, rotation schedules, and roster management to ensure optimum manpower availability for all assigned vessels.
Coordinate crew change activities including travel arrangements, sign-on/sign-off schedules, port formalities, and joining logistics.
Handle pre-employment medical examination (PEME), visa processing, travel documentation, and joining formalities for seafarers.
Prepare, review, and issue SEA (Seafarer Employment Agreement) and ensure all employment documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Coordinate Flag State and statutory documentation such as COR, AOR, NOC, MSM, and other vessel/crew compliance papers as required.
Arrange crew briefing, debriefing, training nominations, and familiarization activities to ensure crew readiness and compliance with company procedures.
Monitor crew certification, documentation validity, and regulatory compliance to support internal, external, and statutory audits.
Maintain close liaison with Masters, Technical Department, Manning Agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth crewing support and timely resolution of vessel manpower issues.
Support reporting, record maintenance, and crewing data management for management review and operational planning.
Ensure adherence to company policies, maritime regulations, and quality standards in all crewing-related activities.
