Job Context
The Store Officer is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory control of clothing product. The role ensures accurate stock records, proper handling of garments, and timely distribution to retail outlets or customers.
Job Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming all products.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of clothing items by category, size, and style.
Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or software-based).
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
Coordinate with other teams for smooth operations.
Prepare goods for dispatch and ensure timely delivery to stores or customers.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper warehouse layout.
Handle stock returns, exchanges, and damaged items.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and assist in audits.
