Education:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
    • Diploma in Civil
  • B.Sc./Diploma in Civil Engineering /Post graduation in relevant subject

  • Candidates with B.Sc. Engineering from BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, SUST, AUST, MIST or other reputed private universities will be given preference

  • 4-8 years’ experience required in relevant field

  • Excellent communication skills

  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues

Candidates with previous experience in real estate will be given preference

Department: Procurement

Job responsibilities:

  • Contractor appointment as per project demand (Civil, Electric, Sanitary & Plumbing, Paint & Polish, Wood, Thai Aluminum, Lime Tracing, Cladding Bricks, as per project demand.

  • Coordinate with project engineer and Contractor, follow up manpower as per project demand.

  • Verification and Investigation of contractor’s rate and adjust according to the current market.

  • Rate analysis review with all stake holders and issue WO accordingly.

  • Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings target.

  • Review Bills and process for payment through Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) as per standard SLA.

  • Prepare construction budget and monthly cash flow according to the project schedule.
