• Age At most 36 years

• Develop and manage Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for all factories (Flour, Rice, Food & Beverage).

• Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables to support uninterrupted production.

• Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily material plans aligned with production forecasts and sales projections.

• Monitor and manage stock levels, safety stock, reorder points, and supplier lead times.

• Coordinate closely with Production Managers and Factory Heads to ensure material readiness for production runs.

• Support line scheduling and minimize production downtime caused by material shortages.

• Monitor stock movement, ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance, and maintain proper storage practices.

• Control expiry, wastage, damages, and slow-moving inventory through proactive planning.

• Share purchase requisitions and procurement plans with procurement teams in a timely manner.

• Track and manage both local and imported materials.

• Monitor supplier lead time, delivery performance, and reliability.

• Prepare daily shortage reports, inventory status reports, and planning dashboards for management review.

• Support internal audits, ISO standards, food safety systems, and regulatory compliance.
