About the Role
Join GreenRoute Ltd. (Herbves/Nutrifood) as a hands-on Production & Growth Executive. You'll drive herbs/spices production efficiency, source viral products, manage small teams, and boost sales via on-camera content (Facebook Live/Reels/Shorts). This central office role focuses on scalable e-commerce/F-commerce growth, supply chain coordination, performance analytics, and cross-departmental leadership in the competitive food manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
Product Sourcing & Development: Research weekly viral/fast-moving herbs/spices trends (Facebook/TikTok/Daraz); validate demand, competition, margins; source vendors/OEMs, negotiate terms (price, MOQ, lead time), manage samples/quality checks, and transition R&D recipes to scalable production. Maintain monthly launch pipeline (target: 2–6 products).
Production & Product Management: Oversee lifecycle from raw material procurement to grinding/packing/shipping; ensure quality control, output scaling, spec compliance, and internal logistics (inventory to production line). Monitor supplier performance and prevent stock-outs.
Growth & Sales Support: Conduct 7–10 weekly on-camera sessions (Facebook Live/Reels/Shorts) with product demos/scripts to drive sales; build launch calendars and provide listing support (pricing, variants, offers).
Team & Telesales Management: Supervise 3-member telesales team (assign tasks, set call targets, weekly reviews/coaching); indirectly support call center with production updates.
Business & Reporting: Track KPIs, budgets, cost optimization, and factory profitability; deliver daily pipeline/telesales updates and weekly reports (launches, vendor status, sales contribution, next-week plan) to leadership.
Authority & Approval:
Own vendor selection/negotiation, sample handling, product proposals, telesales management, and production oversight. Final price/offer approvals: Head of Business Growth.
