The position requires hands-on expertise in SEO, paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), analytics (Google Analytics, data interpretation), and content strategy, with strong leadership skills to spearhead initiatives and mentor junior team members, fueling our rapid expansion in Bangladesh's competitive market.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, website, social media, paid ads, and email marketing.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube for maximum ROI.
Optimize website pages, landing pages, and service pages for higher rankings and conversions.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Keyword Planner.
Perform technical SEO audits and implement on-page, off-page, and technical optimizations.
Create content strategies and outlines based on market, product, and audience research.
Manage and grow social media platforms with engaging, performance-driven content.
Design marketing creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials.
Build and manage partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and referral partners, especially in image editing & e-commerce niches.
Plan and execute UGC, referral, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
Monitor SEO and website performance using Google Analytics & Search Console, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate closely with content writers, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices.
Execute monthly marketing plans aligned with business and sales goals.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Manage email marketing funnels, newsletters, and lead nurturing workflows.
Prepare monthly performance reports with clear, actionable insights.
Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently to ensure optimal ROI.
Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Salary: BDT 40,000 – 50,000 (Negotiable based on experience & skillset)
