Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital agency

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Bangla preferred)

  • Ability to pitch ideas confidently to decision-makers

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a hunger to close deals

  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills

  • Basic knowledge of proposal writing and pricing models

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, or similar tools

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Existing client network or leads

  • Experience selling performance marketing or retainer-based services

  • Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or analytics basics

  • Experience working with startups or SMEs

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our digital agency by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate understands digital services and knows how to sell value—not just price.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, inbound leads, networking, and referrals

  • Pitch digital services such as Social Media Marketing, Performance Ads, Branding, Web Development, SEO, and Content

  • Understand client requirements and propose customized digital solutions

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients

  • Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking systems

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Strategy, Media Buying, Creative) to ensure smooth client onboarding

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining healthy profit margins

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
