Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital agency
Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Bangla preferred)
Ability to pitch ideas confidently to decision-makers
Goal-oriented mindset with a hunger to close deals
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Basic knowledge of proposal writing and pricing models
Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, or similar tools

Existing client network or leads
Experience selling performance marketing or retainer-based services

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our digital agency by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate understands digital services and knows how to sell value—not just price.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, inbound leads, networking, and referrals
Pitch digital services such as Social Media Marketing, Performance Ads, Branding, Web Development, SEO, and Content
Understand client requirements and propose customized digital solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients
Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking systems
Coordinate with internal teams (Strategy, Media Buying, Creative) to ensure smooth client onboarding
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining healthy profit margins
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
