1. Sales & Performance Management
Target Achievement: Proactively engage customers to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
Upselling & Cross-selling: Analyze customer needs to suggest complementary products (e.g., pairing a small fragrance SKU or a specific fragrance flanker).
Conversion: Transform casual browsers into buyers by effectively overcoming objections and highlighting product value.
2. Product Expertise & Consultation
Expert Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of ingredients, skin types, fragrance notes (top, heart & base) and application techniques.
Consultative Selling: Assist customers in selecting beauty regimes or scents that align with their skin concerns, personality or specific occasions.
Demonstrations: Conduct live product applications and perfume testing sessions to provide a sensory brand experience.
3. Merchandising & Operations
Visual Standards: Ensure the brand counter is impeccably clean, well-lit and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines.
Inventory Management: Regularly monitor shelf stock levels and tester availability; coordinate with supervisors to prevent "out-of-stock" scenarios.
Tester Hygiene: Maintain sanitized testers and ensure all sampling tools (spatulas, scent strips, cotton pads) are stocked and hygienic.
4. Customer Relationship & Insights
Retention: Build a professional rapport with shoppers to encourage repeat visits and long-term brand advocacy.
Market Intelligence: Observe competitor activities and price points within the outlet; collect and report customer feedback regarding product preferences or complaints.
CRM Support: Assist in capturing customer data for loyalty programs and future marketing outreach.
5. Marketing & Activation Support
