Experience:
Visit corporate and industrial clients regularly as per the approved schedule.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote company products and solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Negotiate prices and finalize sales agreements with clients.
Collect sales orders and ensure timely payment collection from corporate clients.
Prepare and submit work orders along with DO process sheets to the back office.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets through effective planning and execution.
Analyze weekly sales and collection performance.
Prepare sales forecasts and budgeting plans to achieve monthly business targets.
Prepare daily client visit reports and next-day work plans with task lists.
Maintain movement schedules and update all client information in SPRO regularly.
Generate various sales, collection, and market analysis reports as required.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer requirements and offering appropriate paint and technical solutions.
Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure long-term business relationships and customer satisfaction.
