Responsibilities & Context:
· Conduct regular project site visits (factory, warehouse, commercial buildings, etc.)
· Inspect site conditions for flooring, waterproofing, and coating requirements
· Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project engineers
· Prepare site reports, measurement sheets, and work progress updates
· Identify potential clients from construction, real estate, industrial sectors
· Visit prospective clients and generate new business leads
· Maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers
· Coordinate between technical team, sales team, and clients
· Maintain client database and visit reports
