• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university.

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field will be preferred.

Experience:

• 5 to 7 Years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing will be preferred. (Project-Jolshiri)

Additional Requirements:

• Smart, professional and presentable personality.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Email communication and social media platforms.

• Ability to work under sales targets and pressure.

• Conduct sales activities for apartments, plots and commercial real estate project.

• Generate new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Communicate with clients through phone calls, meetings and site visit to provide detail project information.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales target assigned by the management.

• Execute online and offline marketing activities for company projects.

• Maintain proper client follow-up booking procedures and documentation.

• Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities.

• Prepare regular sales reports and client feedback reports.

• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
