• Minium 5-10 years’ experience in AC, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Water purified, CCTV installation and maintenance.

• Ability to work independently and as a part of team.

• Knowledge of electric system, wiring, diagrams and equipment manuals.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Real Estate or Building Construction project.

• Practical experience in RCC works, finishing works and site supervision is mandatory.

• Skills & Competencies:

• HAVC maintenance & repair.

• CCTV installation configuration.

• Electric wiring & safety.

• Preventive maintenance.

• Technical problem solving.

• Report preparation.

1. Air Conditioning (AC) system

• Install, inspect, maintain and repair air condition units and related equipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in AC system.

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements when necessary.

2. Refrigerator system

• Install, inspect, maintain and repair refrigerators, freezers and refrigeration system

• Check and repair compressors, condensers, evaporators and refrigerant lines.

• Replace defective parts and components as required.

• Test refrigeration units after repair or installation.

3. Washing Machine system

• Install, inspect, maintain and repair washing machines.

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing.

• Test washing machines after repair or installation to ensure proper operation.

• Respond to service calls promptly and professionally.

4. Water purified system

• Install, service, maintain and repair water purifier system.

• Replace fitters, membranes, pumps, valves and other system components as required.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and system inspections.

• Follow safety standards and company procedure during servicing activities.

5. CCTV surveillance system

• Install, configure and maintain CCTV camera, DVR/NVR system, monitors and networking components.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.

• Monitor system performance and ensure proper recording and storage functionality.

• Assist in reviewing CCTV footage when required.
