Candidate Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university.

Experience

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Real Estate Land Sales.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven experience in Land Project sales is mandatory.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Client relationship management capability.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.

Age Limit

• Up to 35 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell land projects to potential clients.

• Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and site visits.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain customer relationships and sales records.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client service.
