    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Masters/Bachelors degree with a Major in Marketing (Having 5 years experience will be an added advantage)

Experience Requirements:

  • Must have minimum 05 years’ experience in selling electric.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales/ Marketing and Distribution on Switch & Socket, Electric Bulbs, T5, T8, Batten Tube, Panel Light, other Electric Items.

Additional Requirements:

  • He must be capable to monitor and lead a group of sales representative
  • Must be punctual, responsible and meet deadlines at one go.
  • He has to achieve sales target per month and per year
  • Flexible & capable to tour anytime anywhere in Bangladesh
  • Must bring experience certificate of previous and present job


Responsibilities & Context:

Area: Dhaka Metro, Outside of Dhaka, Chattogram & Sylhet.

The applicant must have knowledge on electrical items i.e. LED Bulbs, T5, T8, Batten Tubes, panel lights, gang series,Fan Capacitor, Emergency LED Bulb etc.The company seeks a dynamic, result oriented and experienced sales professional.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • To achieve monthly sales target.
  • To appoint new dealer and develop existing dealers.
  • Always remain in close contact with the core dealers, wholesalers, retailers and customers.
  • To follow up clients through phone call and visit markets daily as per route plan.
  • To send daily visit and sales reports to line manager.
  • To support the task of other sales & marketing team member.
  • To analyze market trends, pricing and competitor activities.
  • To recover market credits and ensure proper credit management.
  • To manage the team efficiently.
  • To build up relationship with retailers and dealers.
  • To monitor own and team’s daily performance.
  • To identify key customers and extend personalized service to them.
  • m. To take sales order and receive payment with taking signature of retailers/customers on respective invoice.
  • To find out new potential Sales Market in your area.
  • To make presentation to the potential retailers and customers.
  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote products.
  • Manage existing and new potential dealers and distributors by sales visit, using face to face contact to provide a service.
  • Perform duties that are beyond the scope of the job description given above.
  • Perform any other services assign by the head of department.


Job Other Benifits:
    20,000/- to 30,000/- depending on experience. 2 Festive bonus yearly, TA/DA and other benefits as per company policy.
