Experience:

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in SCM, Operations, or International Business
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

CSCP or MBA is a plus (Major in SCM, Operations, or International Business)

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Male

·       Market Mapping: Leverage 10+ years of industry contacts to identify "best-fit" factories for specific product categories (e.g., Hangtags & Labels, Elastic, Cardboard Boxes , Stickers, Embroidery, Sewing Thread, Polybag, Cartoon and RFID).

·       Vetting & Auditing: Conduct rigorous initial assessments of vendor technical capabilities, machinery standards, and financial stability.

·       Compliance Gatekeeping: Ensure all new sources meet international standards (GRS, and brand-specific social compliance) before the first PO is issued.

·       Price Benchmarking: Analyzing raw material trends —to challenge vendor quotes and ensure the trading margin is protected.

·       Contract Management: Negotiate master service agreements (MSAs) that include penalty clauses for delays, quality rebates, and favorable credit terms.

·       Trend Alignment: Partner with the PD team to source innovative materials that meet the evolving demands of buyers.

·       Capacity Reservation: Proactively book production "slots" during peak seasons to prevent bottlenecks, ensuring the company remains a priority customer for the vendor.

·       Multi-Sourcing Strategy: Eliminate "Single-Source" risks by developing back-up factories in different geographic regions to ensure business continuity.

·       Supplier Scorecards: Lead monthly performance reviews based on On-Time Delivery (OTD) and First-Pass Quality Yield.
