Experience:

• At least 10 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.

• Additional professional certifications in customs or commercial operations will be an advantage.

• At least 10 years

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in customs and bond operations.

• Must have prior working experience in EPZ or Bond Registered Companies.

• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Customs rules, bonded warehouse regulations, and import-export procedures.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Proficiency in MS Office and commercial documentation systems.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager – Customs & Bond Activities to oversee all customs, bond, and regulatory compliance operations of the company. The ideal candidate must have strong practical experience handling customs procedures, bond licenses, and regulatory coordination for EPZ or Bond Registered Companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all customs clearance and bond-related activities in compliance with government regulations.

• Maintain and monitor bond licenses, UD, documentation, and customs records.

• Coordinate with Customs, Bond Commissionerate, EPB, Freight Forwarders, and C&F agents.

• Ensure timely import and export documentation processing.

• Prepare and submit customs and bond reports accurately.

• Monitor HS code classification, duty structure, and customs compliance issues.

• Handle audit requirements and maintain proper documentation for inspections.

• Maintain communication with internal departments regarding shipment and customs status.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Customs regulations and bonded warehouse rules.

• Resolve customs-related issues efficiently to avoid shipment delays.
