Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• CA (CC)/ CMA partly qualified or completed will be preferred.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

• Must have prior working experience in EPZ or Bond Registered Companies.

• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh financial regulations, VAT, Tax, and compliance procedures.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead and manage the company’s financial, accounting, taxation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in EPZ or Bond Registered Companies and possess strong knowledge of financial reporting, VAT, tax, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting and financial operations of the company.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, VAT regulations, and company policies.

• Handle banking transactions, cash flow management, and fund planning.

• Prepare and monitor LC, import costing, and financial documentation related to commercial activities.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, customs authorities, and regulatory bodies.

• Maintain proper records for EPZ/Bond-related financial and compliance requirements.

• Supervise payroll, payments, receivables, and payable functions.

• Ensure timely submission of VAT, Tax, and other statutory reports.

• Develop and implement internal control systems and financial procedures.
