Experience:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation tactics, analytical thinking, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Integrity: High ethical standards are non-negotiable in this role.
Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable local vendors. Maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure priority service.
Negotiation: Conduct price negotiations and finalize terms of purchase to achieve maximum cost savings without compromising quality.
Purchase Order Management: Process Requisitions (PRs) and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately within the ERP system.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local market trends, price fluctuations, and new product availability to advise the management.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies. Maintain meticulous records of quotations, comparative statements, and invoices.
Coordination: Work closely with the Warehouse, Accounts, and User Departments to ensure smooth delivery and timely payment processing.
