Job Summary
Jamuna Spacetech Joint Venture Limited, a renowned LPG bottling and distribution company in Bangladesh, is looking for a dedicated and experienced professional for the position of Distribution Officer (LPG). The ideal candidate should have practical experience in LPG distribution operations at the plant level, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of LPG products while maintaining safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily LPG cylinder and bulk distribution activities from the plant/factory.
Ensure timely loading, dispatch, and delivery of LPG products as per distribution plans.
Monitor vehicle movement, route management, and distribution schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
Maintain proper documentation related to dispatch, delivery, stock movement, and logistics operations.
Coordinate with sales, plant, transport, and warehouse teams for uninterrupted distribution activities.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements during distribution operations.
Monitor distributor/dealer requirements and ensure timely product availability.
Prepare daily and monthly distribution reports for management review.
