Job Summary
Jamuna Spacetech Joint Venture Limited, a prominent LPG bottling and distribution company in Bangladesh, seeks an experienced Deputy General Manager, Sales & Marketing.
This senior role leads nationwide sales and marketing, driving growth, strengthening distribution, and expanding market presence across Domestic, Commercial, Industrial, and Autogas LPG segments. The ideal candidate must have strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to work within structured systems, internal controls, and cross-functional frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement nationwide sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
Lead and supervise regional and area sales teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans and operational excellence.
Strengthen and expand distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks across Bangladesh.
Drive business growth in Domestic, Commercial, Industrial, and Autogas LPG segments.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer demand to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure effective sales forecasting, budgeting, territory planning, and performance management.
Coordinate with operations, supply chain, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless business execution.
Maintain discipline, governance, and compliance with company policies, internal controls, and operational procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate, industrial, and strategic clients.
Prepare management reports, sales analysis, and strategic recommendations for top management.
