Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure market growth within the designated territory
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and customers
Identify new business opportunities and expand dealer networks
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and customer requirements
Ensure product visibility, availability, and promotional activities in assigned areas
Collect market intelligence and submit daily/weekly sales reports
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth product supply and customer service
Recover outstanding payments as per company policy
Maintain discipline and represent the company professionally in the market
