Experience:

ACI Premio Plastics Ltd. is looking for a competent and experienced professional for the position of “Manager, Store” to ensure smooth and efficient factory store operations. The incumbent will be responsible for inventory control, material receiving and issuance, stock monitoring, documentation, and coordination with Production, Procurement, Accounts, Maintenance, and other relevant departments to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
The role requires effective management of raw materials, spare parts, consumables, packaging materials, and finished goods while ensuring proper storage, stock accuracy, safety compliance, and ERP-based inventory management. The position also involves inventory optimization, audit support, cost control initiatives, and maintaining proper store discipline and operational efficiency.

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Inventory & Store Management
· Manage overall factory store operations efficiently and systematically.
· Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, finished goods, spare parts, consumables, packaging materials, and engineering items.
· Ensure proper storage, labeling, stacking, and preservation of materials.
· Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum, maximum, and reorder quantities.
· Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counting.
· Investigate stock discrepancies and take corrective actions.
· Ensure FIFO/FEFO system implementation where applicable.
2. Material Receiving & Issuance
· Supervise receiving of materials as per PO, challan, and approved specifications.
· Verify quantity and condition of incoming goods.
· Ensure timely issuance of materials to production, maintenance, and other departments against authorized requisition.
· Monitor daily material movement and update ERP/software/manual registers accordingly.
· Coordinate with QC department for material inspection when necessary.
3. Coordination & Communication
· Coordinate with Procurement regarding material shortages and urgent requirements.
· Work closely with Production department to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
· Coordinate with Accounts & Audit teams for inventory reconciliation and documentation.
· Support management during internal and external audits.
4. Documentation & Reporting
· Maintain all store-related documents, registers, GRN, challan, gate pass, stock reports, and issue records properly.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and consumption reports.
· Submit inventory valuation and stock aging reports to management.
· Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit compliance.
5. Safety & Compliance
· Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices inside the store area.
· Monitor safe handling of plastic raw materials, chemicals, color masterbatch, molds, and heavy items.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO procedures, and safety standards.
· Prevent pilferage, wastage, and unauthorized material movement.
6. Critical Incidental Responsibilities:
· Handle emergency material requirements during production breakdown or urgent delivery situations.
· Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
· Assist management in cost control and inventory optimization initiatives.
