• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in Logistics (Transport Management).

• Prior experience in a managerial role will be an added advantage.

• Job Context: This position is responsible for managing transportation management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor overall logistics and transportation operations.

• Coordinate with suppliers, transport vendors and internal departments.

• Manage fleet operations including vehicle allocation, maintenance scheduling, fuel consumption, and driver management.

• Ensure proper route planning and transport optimization to minimize operational costs.

• Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare operational reports for management.

• Handle transportation-related documentation, contracts, and vendor evaluations.

• Resolve operational issues, delays, and transportation challenges effectively.

• Develop and implement strategies for improving logistics efficiency and service quality.

• Supervise and lead the logistics and transport management team.
