• Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, and large-scale developments.

• Develop and implement comprehensive contract strategies that align with the company`s business goals and objectives. 

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiating to monitoring performance and ensuring compliance. 

• Lead and manage a team of contract managers, providing guidance, training, and support. 

• Negotiate contracts with various parties, including vendors, contractors, and developers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts. 

• Ensure that all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. 

• Monitor contract costs and identify opportunities to reduce spending. 

• Prepare and present regular reports on contract performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including project teams, legal counsel, and vendors. 

• Address and resolve contract-related issues promptly and effectively.
