Zennova Essence is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Executive to join our team. If you have experience managing POS software and handling inventory operations efficiently, we would love to hear from you!
Location: Uttara, Dhaka
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Operate and manage POS software efficiently
- Maintain daily stock in & stock out records
- Monitor and update inventory data accurately
- Communicate regularly with delivery/courier companies
- Supervise product packaging before dispatch
- Prepare daily delivery update reports
- Prepare weekly & monthly inventory reports
- Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management
- Assist with other administrative tasks when required
