Responsibilities & Context:
Zennova Essence is expanding its operations and is seeking dynamic, responsible, and performance-driven professionals to join our growing team.
𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Lead and oversee 𝐞𝐧𝐝-𝐭𝐨-𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.
Set, monitor, and ensure achievement of 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 & 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐬
Supervise Sales, Inventory, Delivery, and Customer Service functions.
Analyze business performance and implement growth strategies.
Manage workflow efficiency from order placement to final delivery.
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure optimal stock planning.
Prepare and present regular operational & sales reports to management.
Drive team performance, accountability, and operational excellence.
knowledge about digital marketing specially meta marketing.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Minimum 𝐌𝐁𝐀
Degree from a 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 will be given preference.
