Industry experience in an Aluminium Foil Mill and converting unit plant.
Extensive experience (18-20 years) in aluminum foil mill production, sales & marketing, and converting units.
In-depth knowledge of the aluminum foil, alu-alu, and flexible packaging sales and scape.
Proven success in managing export value-added ranges in targeted markets like SAARC countries, Middle East, Africa, and South Africa.
Responsibilities & Context:
This is a reputed company are going to be successfully completed the Aluminium Foil & Converting unit which is the first Foils project in Bangladesh. The Company is looking for experienced, dynamic and highly potential and versatile professional for the positions.
Developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive sales growth
Leading and overseeing a high-performing sales team.
Building strong relationships with customers and partners.
Ensuring product quality and cost-effectiveness.
