Location: Rabia’s Beauty Station, Bogura Branch

Rabia’s Beauty Station is currently looking for a dynamic, experienced, and customer-focused Manager/Assistant Manager for our esteemed Bogura Branch. We are seeking a highly professional individual with strong leadership skills and solid experience in the beauty and salon industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations

• Manage customer service and maintain excellent client satisfaction

• Supervise and guide salon staff to ensure service excellence

• Provide professional consultation by assessing clients’ skin and hair conditions

• Recommend suitable beauty treatments and products based on client needs

• Monitor staff performance, punctuality, and service quality

• Maintain professional standards and operational discipline within the branch

• Handle customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution

• Support branch growth through strong team coordination and service quality improvement

Educational Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree / Graduation

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a renowned salon or beauty service industry

• Proven experience in team supervision and customer handling

• Strong knowledge of hair services, beauty treatments, and product application

• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable services

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
